The Songwriter Showcase brings three local musicians together on one stage for an intimate evening of original music, storytelling and conversation. Rather than performing separate sets, the artists will take turns sharing their original songs while talking about the inspiration, stories and creative process behind them.
The audience will have an opportunity to hear the stories behind the songs and, throughout the evening, ask questions and engage with the artists about their music and songwriting. The goal is to create a relaxed, interactive experience that goes beyond simply listening to songs and gives the audience a glimpse into the creativity and inspiration behind the music being created right here in our community.
The songwriters are: Tanya Nye; Samara Johnson; and Eric Casper.
